Our staff is here to serve the cryptocurrency community throughout Arizona. We have compiled some frequently asked questions to help assist you in your investment process. As always, you can reach out directly to us via our contact form or by calling 623-335-2916.
We buy and sell cryptocurrency through our cryptocurrency ATMs/Kiosks. Please visit any one of our locations and begin by following the on-screen prompts.
Please see here for a list of all of our locations & hours.
The minimum purchase amount is $5 and the maximum purchase amount is $5,000 per day.
The minimum withdrawal is $20 and the maximum will vary based on the amount available in the ATMs. We keep enough in the ATMs to cover most small to medium-sized withdrawals. Please feel free to contact us to confirm the availability of specific amounts at any given location before visiting.
Most of our ATM’s are 2-Way machines where you can both buy & sell your cryptocurrency. However, we do have a few locations that are buying (cash in) only. Our list of locations here indicates whether each location is “buy only” or “buy & sell”.
Unfortunately at this time, the ATMs are cash only.
Currently, our ATMs can trade Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum & Bitcoin Cash.
Bitcoin & Bitcoin Cash are different cryptocurrencies with similar names, which can cause confusion. In most cases, our customers are buying and selling Bitcoin. If you are unsure, please confirm which one you need before proceeding. Do not guess or assume, as Bitcoin sent to a Bitcoin Cash address or vice versa can potentially be lost forever, and we will be unable to recover or reimburse any lost funds.
To inquire about trading larger amounts, please contact us.
Unfortunately no, not at this time. We only trade cryptocurrency.
The QR Codes on your receipt consists of a public key and a private key. In order to access/redeem your crypto, you will need to import/sweep the private key into a crypto wallet. There are multiple wallets available for pc, iOS & Android so we can’t provide instructions for all of them, but here are the instructions for using a popular crypto wallet called Edge Wallet.
This typically happens from trying to hold your QR code too close to the scanner. The scanner can actually read the code from up to 2 feet away so a good distance is approximately 6-12 inches away from the scanner. Try pivoting the phone at multiple angles from that distance. If it is still not reading it we recommend adjusting the brightness on your phone either up or down. Note: If the scanner appears to read the qr code by flashing & giving 2 quick beeps, this means that the QR code that you are providing is for a different cryptocurrency than the one it’s expecting. For example, if you’re trying to buy Bitcoin, make sure you’re displaying a Bitcoin QR code & not a Litecoin, Ethereum or Bitcoin Cash address.
Unfortunately, the ATMs cannot send money or crypto to a 3rd party, as we are not a money transfer service. Our ATMs are meant for personal purchases/sales of cryptocurrency only.
All transactions are sent immediately and go into a status of pending confirmation. The time to receive full confirmation can vary between 10 minutes to an hour. However, this is only an estimation and can be shorter or longer based on a few factors. Some crypto wallets will show the incoming pending transaction before confirmation. However, some wallets will only show the transaction in your wallet once it has been confirmed.
Withdrawals are available after 1 network confirmation. Confirmations typically take around 10-30 minutes but can be shorter or longer based on a few factors.
